SofTec Lumbo is a modular functional lumbar support for stabilization of the lumbar spine and the lumbosacral transition. Its modular design permits controlled preventment according to an individually adaptable multi-stage regimen. Stage 1 (Stabilization phase): For effective postoperative, or initially conservative, stabilization of vertebral body segments S1 to L3 ("Long") or S1 to L4 ("Short"), the support is used together with the shell. Stage 2 (Mobilization phase): During the initial stages of mobilization with progressive rehabilitation, the shell is removed and the textile element in the affected lumbosacral area is reinforced with CFR rods Stage 3 (Activity phase): As patients become increasingly mobile, the CFR rods are replaced by corset rods, thereby reducing the external supportive effect.
	ToeOFF® is a thin, lightweight carbon and Kevlar® reinforced Dynamic Response Gait Rehabilitation Orthosis, designed to absorb force at heel strike and to help propel at toe-off, thus achieving a more normal gait. Gait studies demonstrate that when stride comparisons are made between the ToeOFF® orthosis and a conventional drop foot brace, all parameters (cadence, velocity, stride length, and single support time) are more normal when the same patient uses ToeOFF® Walking capacity is improved as a result of the dynamic toe-lift effect during gait. Worn inside normal shoes, ToeOFF® is easy to apply and remove, creating high patient tolerance.
	Progressive O & P  now carries the EZBrace, a lumbosacral orthosis for your post-operative and non-operative patients who require rigid external support for spine stabilization. The EZBrace is designed so that even your arthritic patients can achieve a proper, snug fit without requiring assistance. Easy on-off is accomplished with a revolutionary cross directional strapping system using grip rings and plastic roller-sleeves. Fully adjustable lordosis pads match the lumbar curve, and combine with a posterior wound clearance gap to provide a comfortable, custom fit.
